At LinksToBook, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for our 14-day trial and monthly subscription refunds.

Our pricing is simple and transparent:

  • 14-Day Trial: $0 today. Try all features risk-free.
  • Monthly Subscription: $49, $149, or $299/month depending on your plan (Starter, Growth, or Premium) - first payment after trial ends
  • No Setup Fees: Setup is fully automated through our online wizard at no extra cost

1. 14-Day Trial Period

All new customers start with a 14-day trial at $0. During the trial:

  • No payment is taken. Your card is saved but not charged during the trial.
  • Full access to all features of your chosen plan.
  • Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

1.1 How to Cancel During Trial

To cancel your trial before being charged:

  • Cancel via your Paddle billing portal (link in your welcome email)
  • Or email us at info@linkstobook.com
  • Cancellations before the trial ends result in no charges

1.2 After the Trial Ends

If you don't cancel during the 14-day trial, your subscription automatically begins and your first payment is processed. You'll receive an email notification before and after the trial ends.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Once your trial ends and payment is processed, monthly subscription fees ($49, $149, or $299/month) are non-refundable.

2.1 Why Are Monthly Fees Non-Refundable?

LinksToBook provides a 14-day trial specifically so you can evaluate the service before any payment. Because you have the opportunity to fully test the platform risk-free, we cannot offer refunds on monthly payments after the trial converts.

Additionally, LinksToBook operates on a month-to-month subscription model with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Because subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month of service, we cannot offer refunds for partial months or renewal payments.

2.2 How Cancellation Works

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Email us at info@linkstobook.com or cancel via your Paddle billing portal
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
  • You retain full access to your booking page until the end of your paid period
  • After the paid period ends, your page enters "degraded mode" (instant WhatsApp redirect only) for 30 days, then becomes inactive

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by re-subscribing.

2.3 Prorated Refunds for Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan (e.g., Premium → Growth), the downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for the difference.

If you upgrade mid-cycle (e.g., Starter → Growth), you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period and gain immediate access to upgraded features.

3. Payment Failures and Grace Periods

If your payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we do not automatically refund or cancel your subscription. Instead:

  • Grace Period (7 days): Your service continues at full functionality while we attempt to collect payment. You will receive email reminders on days 1, 3, and 7.
  • Degraded State (days 8-30): If payment is not resolved, your booking page switches to instant WhatsApp redirect mode (micro-page disabled, analytics continue but no reports sent).
  • Deactivation (day 31+): After 23 days in degraded state, your link displays a "Link Inactive" message. You can reactivate by updating your payment method.

No refunds are issued for payment failures. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard refund policy is outlined above, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants consideration for a refund outside these terms, please contact us at info@linkstobook.com.

We review such requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee approval.

5. Termination by LinksToBook

If we terminate your account for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent activity, illegal use, policy violations), no refunds will be issued for any monthly subscription fees.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue or dispute, please contact us directly at info@linkstobook.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate account suspension. Additionally, if a chargeback is found to be unjustified, your account will be permanently terminated and you may be liable for chargeback fees.

We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly—most inquiries are answered within 24 hours.

8. Changes to This Policy

Your continued use of LinksToBook after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
